Our Founding Director, Alaina Boyle (she/they), is a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor providing clinical supervision to associate-level providers in the Seattle area and throughout Washington state, as well as clinical consultation for licensed providers. Alaina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience working with teens in educational and clinical settings, with a particular focus on working with Autistic youth and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. Having grown Sequoia Teen Counseling Center from a solo private practice to a successful group practice, Alaina is also passionate about supporting providers in business development and meeting their practice goals.

Alaina’s clinical specializations and interests include:

  • Autism

  • Developmental disabilities

  • Executive functioning

  • Gender identity and transition

  • School avoidance

  • Complex cases

Alaina offers clinical supervision and consultation sessions both in-person in their Eastlake office, or virtually throughout Washington state.
